Pricing questions
Is it really free and unlimited right now?
Yes. Since 18 October 2026 every feature is free for everyone, with no page or statement limits, no sign-up and no card. Convert as many statements as your work needs.
What happens when the launch period ends?
Prices and allowances will be announced on this page at least 14 days before any paid plan starts, and subscribers to launch updates get an e-mail. Nothing changes for you without notice, and nothing is ever charged unless you choose a plan and pay yourself. A free tier will remain.
Are scanned statements included?
Yes. Scanned pages are read with OCR on your own device at no cost. If a page still fails and you choose to let Gemini AI read it, that is free for you too during launch; it runs within a fixed monthly AI budget on our side, and pauses until the 1st if the budget is used up.
Do I need to estimate how much I will use?
No. There is nothing to plan or ration during launch. When paid plans are announced you will be able to compare them with what you actually use, and pick one only if it makes sense for you.
Will I need an account later?
Only for paid plans, so we can keep track of your plan. The converter will keep processing statements in your browser either way.
How will payment work?
Through a regulated Indian payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking). KhataSheet will never see or store your card details. GST invoices will be issued for paid plans.
Can I get a refund?
Paid plans are not on sale yet. Refund and cancellation terms will be published with them; see the refund and cancellation policy.
